Welcome to the Refund and Cancellation Policy for Seekot Service and Technologies LLP. We believe in complete transparency regarding our billing and cancellation processes so you know exactly what to expect when partnering with us.

Strict No Refund Policy

We dedicate a massive amount of time, expertise, and resources to build, customize, and maintain software solutions like SeekMyDoc and Connect for your unique business needs. Because of this high level of personalized development and our annual billing structure, we maintain a strict policy where all payments are considered final.

Once you make a payment for our annual charges through offline methods like check, netbanking, or direct cash deposit, the transaction is complete. We cannot offer any refunds, whether partial or full, under any circumstances once the payment is cleared and the software is deployed.

Service Cancellation

You are completely free to cancel your services with us at any time by simply choosing not to renew your annual subscription for the upcoming year. If you decide to stop using our customized software mid year, your applications will remain fully operational until the end of your currently paid billing cycle.

Please note that because of our strict rules regarding final payments, we do not issue partial refunds for any unused months if you decide to close your account early.

Payment Gateway Disclaimer

As a technology provider, we may integrate the payment gateway service providers into your customized software so you can collect online payments directly from your own customers, patients, or students. Seekot has absolutely no financial involvement in these specific transactions. We do not process these payments, we do not hold the funds, and we do not collect any commission from them.

Consequently, we cannot and will not issue any refunds to your end users. Any financial disputes, chargebacks, or refund requests coming from your patients, students, or transportation customers must be managed entirely and directly by your own administrative team.
