We operate on an annual subscription model. We do not accept online transactions directly for our service fees. All payments for our annual charges must be made through offline methods such as check, netbanking, or direct cash deposits.
If your business needs to collect online payments from your patients or students, we will integrate a payment gateway for you and onboard you through Cashfree. Seekot acts strictly as a technology provider. We do not collect any amount from your end users nor do we manage these funds. Your business is solely responsible for all transactions processed through your customized payment gateway.
We pour our expertise into building these platforms. Seekot retains full ownership of the core source code and intellectual property used to build your custom software. By paying your annual fee you are granted a license to use the software for your business operations.
While we strive to provide flawless and uninterrupted service, technical issues can occasionally occur. Seekot will not be held legally or financially liable for any indirect damages, loss of operational data, or loss of business profits resulting from temporary service outages or system errors.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to our software solutions if you fail to complete your annual payment or if we detect any malicious misuse of the applications we provide.
Any legal disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be handled exclusively in the recognized courts of Davangere, Karnataka.
